Congrats to Giant fans! These are some stuffed (with a variety of cheddar, herbed chevre, smoked gouda and blue cheeses) ‘giant’ sliders that were extremely delicious for the big game, and you can enjoy anytime. Because the cheese adds a little fat back, we were able to use a really lean mixture of 90/10 grass fed free range beef and ground bison. We are also able to contain portion size by weighing out the patties and pressing the identical shapes and thicknesses out via a ring mold. Meaty, cheesey heaven on a bun with a side of parma-truffle fries!
