It is a free virtual event and will have 20 + national and local speakers who will be addressing the Importance of Nutrition in Medical School, Food as Medicine Interventions and Food Equity, and The Importance of Collaboration Among Healthcare and Community Organizations. The lunchtime session will feature a cooking demonstration of how to use local seasonal foods for health.
